Not at all. Everything is brought directly to your community, allowing residents to enjoy a comfortable and familiar experience without the need to travel.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held within your community in a common area or designated space. I work with your team to select a location that offers the best light and allows for a calm, comfortable flow.
What should residents and families wear?
For the most timeless look, residents and families are encouraged to wear soft, neutral tones and simple pieces that photograph beautifully and keep the focus on connection.
Can family members be included?
Yes, absolutely. Family members are warmly encouraged to join. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to capture meaningful moments across generations.
What if a resident needs extra time or support?
That is completely okay. Each session is designed to be relaxed and flexible, allowing space for comfort, mobility needs, and natural interaction.
How long does each session last?
Sessions are kept short and comfortable, typically lasting just a few minutes per resident, depending on individual needs and family participation.
Do you bring everything needed?
Yes. I bring a professional setup, including a custom designed backdrop tailored to the occasion, along with all equipment needed to create a clean, studio quality look.
How do residents sign up for a session?
Your Activities Coordinator will manage the sign up process within your community. A sign up sheet will be available for residents to reserve their time, either in person or through email. Family members are also welcome to RSVP and join.
How do families view and order images?
Each resident receives a private online gallery where families can view their images and choose to purchase prints, digitals, or both.
Is there any cost to the community?
No. There is no cost to your community. Families simply have the option to purchase images if they choose.
How much involvement is required from staff?
Very little. I handle the full setup, flow, and photography. Your team simply helps coordinate the space and manage the sign up process.
When will images be available?
Proof galleries are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks, with final images ready shortly after selections are made.

Can we purchase the full gallery?
Yes. Many families find it difficult to choose just a few favorites and choose to keep their full gallery so nothing is left behind. Full gallery options are available within your online gallery.
